Event Information
Frank Cognoscenti (Ronnie Scott’s, Pizza Express Jazz, That’s Life – The Sinatra Story) and the Frank’s Place Quartet, brings Sinatra to life with his Sinatra-esque performance with over 20 years of experience performing the Sinatra repertoire worldwide including London, New York and Palm Springs. Expect a swinging band, perfectly executed vocals, an uncanny resemblance to Sinatra in the Marilyn years, mixed with a dry wit for a thoroughly entertaining experience.
Frank Cognoscenti is a virtuoso of the Frank Sinatra Style, having spend over 20 years researching, recreating and performing Frank Sinatra concerts from his 60 year repertoire.
This show is a rare snapshot of Sinatra with small band with repertoire from the Sinatra’s ’62 Sextet, live in Paris album’ and his radio days show, “To Be Perfectly Frank”, . plus, the saloon songs with his pianist Bill Miller, and later on, in ’67, the collaboration with the Brazilian composer & singer/guitarist Antonio Carlos Jobim, singing Bossa Nova and of course a few festive favourites and the Holy trilogy That’s life My Way and New York !
