Age Restrictions
Under 5s (ages 0-4 years) FREE – No ticket required
5-12 years olds must be accompanied by a ticket holding adult and each child will require a Child Ticket.
13 -15 must purchase an ADULT ticket and be accompanied by a parent / guardian over 18.
Note: Download Festival will contain acts unsuitable for children
Parents may be asked to provide ID with proof of age if the child appears to be over 12 but holding a Child Ticket

At Download, we aim to create an event that is accessible for all our customers.
Before applying for accessible facilities, please buy your Download ticket first.
Applications for the use of accessible facilities will open soon. Once applications open, you will be able to apply for use of the facilities including:
- Raised Viewing Platforms
- Ground Level Viewing Areas
- Essential Companion Tickets
- Accessible Toilets
- BSL interpreting Services
- Accessible Campsite (with accessible toilets and showers plus charging points, a food and merchandise stand, lockers to rent)
- Campervan Pitches in the Accessible Campsite
- Changing Places Units
- Internal Accessible Shuttle Bus & Buggy Service
- Accessible Parking and Pick Up & Drop Off
In addition, there will be Sensory Calm Spaces, lowered service counters and accessible entrances lanes.
Customers staying in the accessible campsite, will be allowed to drive into the accessible campsite to unload their car, before parking in the accessible car park.
