Important Information

Nottingham Independents’ Castle Beer Fest event terms and conditions

Essential information for all ticket holders. Please read carefully.

 

  • Digital mobile tickets purchased in advance have been issued to you for the event by the Independent Brewers of Nottingham (the promoter) on behalf of Gigantic, our ticketing partner. You will need to download tickets to your smart device prior to entry.
  • Entry to the event by digital mobile ticket will only be permitted during your allocated timeslot as stated on the ticket.
  • Your entry to the event by e-ticket or on the door admission constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • Each person attending must have a valid ticket.
  • This ticket is not transferable. If you attempt to re-sell it near the venue or on any secondary ticketing or auction website or use it as a part of any un-authorised promotional activity, tickets will become invalid.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry and will do so if you are under the influence of alcohol or an illegal substance, or for any other reason at our discretion.
  • Venue pass-outs are not permitted.
  • Ticket holders must be aged at least 18 years old or over. Proof of age verification (Challenge 25) may be requested on entry and when purchasing alcohol.
  • The Promoter may search all persons entering the site and any bags. Please note there are no cloakrooms or bag check facilities on-site.
  • No food or drink items may be brought into the event for consumption on the premises. Except for one 500ml plastic bottle of water per person for personal consumption (no glass). Food and beverages will be on sale at the event.
  • Various items at the discretion of the Promoter will not be permitted on site.
  • Only assistance dogs will be permitted to enter the Castle grounds.
  • Facilities are provided for disabled and people with mobility issues. Please note that this is an outdoor event staged on both grass and hard standing surfaces within the site of a scheduled ancient monument. The promoter will seek to ensure that all areas of the event are accessible, but in some instances this may not be possible.
  • This is an outdoor event, with limited cover in case of adverse weather. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
  • All ticket holders consent to being filmed, photographed or recorded by or on behalf of the promoter
  • This ticket is issued Subject to Licence and to the terms of our Premises Licence.
  • Admission to the venue is at your own risk and the Promoter and or Nottingham City Council has no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, death or injury to you or your property which is not caused by its negligence.
