Led by singer / songwriter Willem Smit; Personal Trainer is a rock collective with a revolving cast of collaborators drawn from such acclaimed acts as Canshaker Pi, Pip Blom, Bull, Steve French, The Klittens, Home Counties plus more.

In 2022, they dropped their debut studio album Big Love Blanket. They have also impressed with Personal Trainer Live At Katzwijm EP which shows them off at their live best.
