Self Help draw in pop-punk and indie-rock. The quintet consists of John Stych (guitar, vocals), David Murray (bass), Edward Rojas (guitar), Parkins Davis (drums), Daniel Combs (keys). In addition to their EPs Organic Noise Kitchen (2018) and Birthdayboy (2018), they have released the singles “Glucose Faced Killer”, “Get on with It” and “Enrage Enrage”.
